Restorative Yoga

Yoga Flow

Hatha Yoga

Dive into stillness with Yin Yoga. Holding passive poses for extended periods, this practice targets connective tissues, joints & ligaments & even bones, promoting flexibility and a sense of inner peace.

Yin Yoga

Strike the perfect balance between stillness and movement with Yin Yang Yoga. This practice combines the meditative qualities of Yin with the dynamic flow of Yang for a comprehensive and harmonious experience.

Yin Yang Yoga

Strengthen your core and improve stability with Core Yoga. Targeting abdominal muscles and lower back, these classes enhance posture, prevent injury, and build a strong center.

Core Yoga

This class is for kids ages 9y-14y and focuses on balance, strength and flexibility by performing the traditional yoga poses, but I also learn them how to breathe properly and calm their body and minds

Kids Yoga 

Super fun class with music, mix between pilates and yoga using weights strapped around the ankles and wrists. This practice is ideal for people that don't like the normal yoga poses but need the workout and the stretch!

Stay active and energized with our targeted group sessions at RIDGEWOOD STUDIO (51 Mount Sinai Drive). Each class is designed to enhance different aspects of mobility, balance, and strength for a well-rounded approach to healthy aging:

  • Tuesdays 5 PM – Yin Yang Yoga (A mix of strength-building and deep relaxation, balancing energy flow in the body.
  • Thursdays 7:30 PM – Restorative Yoga (A slow, calming practice focused on deep relaxation, stress relief, and gentle stretching—great for recovery and sleep quality)
  • Fridays 8 AM – Yoga Flow (A dynamic yet gentle class to improve flexibility, coordination, and circulation while boosting vitality)
  • Saturdays 9 AM – Core Yoga (Strengthen the core, improve posture, and enhance spinal health, reducing back pain and increasing overall stability)

These classes focus on gentle but effective movement, breathing techniques, and relaxation methods to help maintain independence and vitality as you age. Available at my studio or your preferred location.

Multiple daily classes are available, with schedules posted weekly in our Yoga WhatsApp group. These sessions are perfect for individuals looking for a supportive and encouraging atmosphere while working on their health goals.
